Yeah as a layman I will bet you heard of stories of workers getting salary cut, laid off and fired when he or she screws up big time. But as the story goes the top side aint playing fair at all, by real life example if you are on the top side after you screwwd up big and have to resign you still get paid big time -- I mean, why don't you and I have jobs like that?
