Come on.. Mr N is not really into caring about the people..
He just want to make a legacy out of himself.. You know making a monument of Gold while leaving the people to stave of poverty.
After ppl said they couldn't find anything to remember PL by (other than sleeping), Mr N must have thought, how can he do wat PL did, but appear to have done something.
